Wrong culture in the "child culture change event" tooltip

When educating a child in your character's culture and the culture change is successful, the tooltip hovering the button reports not the culture in which the original is changed but the original one of the child.
For example: in the save, my playing character, a Swedish Fylkir, has a Russian ward and when the girl's culture is changed from Russian to Swedish, the tooltip says "her culture changes to Russian".
The change itself works, it's only the tooltip that shows the wrong culture.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Load the savegame and look at the event panel.
