Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I - Petty King of Connacht - fought and won a claim war for my wife, now the countess of Dubhlinn, and afterwards was trying to get her into an alliance. Unfortunately, she will not accept an alliance proposal, due to "Political Concerns". The only CB she has against me is a Tribute CB.

When she died, my son and heir succeeded her, but even he would not form an alliance, him having NO CB at all.

The mods I use are purely cosmetic and have no effect whatsoever on gameplay. I attached save games of when my wife was in power and of when my son was in power.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

It can happen. Maybe that your wife, then after your son just thought that they don't want to enter wars at your side ( perhaps they think your are to weak ), or maybe they were planning an invasion on your country, using their claims. In this game, your family who has titles aren't your friends. I think that it's the more dangerous characters in the game, for you
