Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
My other voter will not change his vote, no matter what.
I have tried many different candidates, but no matter what their score is(way higher in attached example), my voter refuse to change his vote to be for my canddidate.
Also, even If he votes for someone else, should i not be winning a 1-1 tied vote, since i am the king?
