Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Queen of France (and a few other kingdoms) was vassalized by the Badshah of Hispania after losing a Holy War for Barcelona, instead of the Badshah simply taking all titles in the Duchy. Unfortunately, I do not have much more information, as I wasn't watching that part of the map at the time.
