Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I sought to forge a bloodline with my empress, and went for reforming my Holy Roman Empire's legal code. For the first two events following everything went fine, I paid some money in and lost 2000 prestige. However, I then hit an event where I was told that the reforms were causing some unrest, and the fastest way to deal with it would be to let the peasants act up for a bit for a negative tax/unrest modifier. As I was a huge empire with a huge levy and retinue at my disposal I figured I could handle that - but the resulting temporary modifier gave my empress a +35% revolt risk temporary trait.

This seems to mean that every MONTH *every province* (or at least every duchy?) in my Holy Roman Empire has a 35% chance of spawning a peasant rebellion. And this malus on my character lasts for *5 years*. As the year was 1342 from a 769 start, my empire was huge and this quickly spiralled out of control. Highly doubt this is WAD. If it is, good job implementing a peasant's war mechanic, it is a shame it super sucks to play with ;P

Please find attached a picture of the 'end' of that bloodline-forging (hopefully helpful re: tracking down the event); which by the way does not remove the unrest malus, that's lasting 2 years beyond that. Also a picture of my mousing over the specific modifier.

Note that the wars at the bottom of the screen are only a fraction of the peasant revolts I've actually had, this is following 4 years of constant revolt-crushing. I think I've had well over 200 of them spawn.

Only mods I'm using are bigger interface (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=762121960) and Novus Graphicus (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=459129816)

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Trigger the 'forge a bloodline' event chain
2. Choose the law-reform bloodline option (the one that leads to the 'The Benevolent' title)
2. Choose whatever options until you reach the 'legal changes cause disorder' step, choose the 'fastest' non-attribute-related option (which is the one that has a chance of giving the charitable trait and gives you the 'unruly peasants' modifier).
3. Enjoy THIRTY-FIVE PERCENT REVOLT RISK EMPIRE-WIDE D:
