Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Somehow kingdom of thrace was created during my last rulers reign. My preferred heir inherited the emperor title, his brother got "kingdom of thrace". I wanted to revoke the kingdom and destroy it because its stupid to have a king in the Constantinople region which I govern as an Emperor. My brother rebelled, i wanted to call Varangians and Scholae. Varangians dont show on mercenary list and Scholae Palatina are vassals of the Kingdom of Thrace
