Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I do not understand the claimant requirements for invading China. I have taken over all the counties along the east border, I've used console commands to forcefully stabilize China (don't know why I can't attack China while it's in unrest, but that's for another discussion), and now, there are three claimant requirements. One of them is literally "be an adult", and it should go without saying that my player character is an adult, in his early 20s.
If there is no bug involved, then I simply need an answer for how to commit my invasion attempt. I've got an empire with well over 300 holdings, and by the power of Console Commands, I am confident in both my generals and my armies.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Open Tang Empire window (the distinct button near the minimap at bottom-right)
Click on that sword icon next to the portrait of the person that owns the Western Protectorate
Inspect "Invade China" option, as it is ALWAYS grayed out.
