Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Selectable characters in New Game that have an Unknown dynasty (in game files reported as "Made up") cannot use the Ruler Designer.
Ex: 163123 = {
name="Sæxræd" # Earl of Cumberland (made up)
religion="catholic"
culture="saxon"
835.1.1 = {
birth="835.1.1"
}
885.1.1 = {
death="885.1.1"
}
}
Steps to reproduce the issue.
I have tested this with other Unknown Dynasty characters none can be Ruler Designed. When I add a dynasty to the files it becomes Ruler Designable.
Ex: 163123 = {
name="Sæxræd" # Earl of Cumberland (made up)
dynasty=100072
religion="catholic"
culture="saxon"
835.1.1 = {
birth="835.1.1"
}
885.1.1 = {
death="885.1.1"
}
}
