Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
According to the latest patch notes, Cathar and Messalian rulers should have special minor titles available to bestoy- I just played a run, converted to Cathar as a count and made it all the way to rank emperor and did not see any new titles available.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play a ruler as Cathar and, once presented with the opportunity, convert to Cathar and check the minor titles list to see if the unique minor titles announced in the latest patch appear as they should.
