Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Was playing around with the ruler designer and got the trait 'Crowned by the Pope'. Started out just fine as a duchy in Ireland, but I soon found out that I was still getting uncrowned debuffs, x2-3-4, etc. When I try to get 'crowned' there is no option.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
So I recreated a ruler designer, and gave him the same trait, and soon enough, he also had the uncrowned debuff
