Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After forging a bloodline through an event chain, I got the Tyrannical bloodline needed to plot to revoke titles without reason. The button to revoke a title is there and when clicked, the plot is chosen. However, upon unpausing, it immediately disappears from the chosen plot field. Plotting to revoke a title with the usual reasons work (count with two counties).

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Get Tyrannical bloodline, plot to revoke title without any other reason than having the bloodline.

found the bug, you added in a condition to allow to revoke if the plotter is tyrannical, but didn't add in the condition to stop the plot from self aborting if the plotter was tyrannical
