Wierd, from what I can see the tutorial button should be completely removed from the gui-file for that screen.

Could you follow these steps:
1, Right click "Crusader Kings II" in your Steam library.
2. Choose properties
3. Click the "LOCAL FILES" tab.
4. Click "BROWSE LOCAL FILES..."
5. Open the "interface" folder.
6. Upload a copy of the "frontend.gui" file (make sure to NOT copy "frontend.gfx" instead by mistake).

7. Go to the "C:\Users\<YourUserNameHere>\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\" folder.
8. Upload a copy of the "settings.txt" file.

You could also double check that any downloaded mods are disabled and go back to the "LOCAL FILES" tab in Steam and click "VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES..." to make sure that all files downloaded properly in the update.

@Rene2410 Looks like your frontend.gui file didn't update properly in the latest Steam update. So in your case it is probably not a mod issue but an issue with Steam.

Solution:
  1. Go to your Steam Games Library
  2. Right click on "Crusader Kings II" and choose "Properties"
  3. Click the "LOCAL FILES" tab and then choose "VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES"
  4. That should discover the issue and replace your frontend.gui file with the correct version.
  5. Start the game
If that still doesn't work:
  1. Try once again without all mods (just in case) now that your frontend.gui file should be correct.
  2. Re-install the game or contact tech support since they have more experience with these kinds of issues
