I'm at war with the pope to press all claims.
I have a claims on all provinces in Lazio and Spoleto.
I'm at 100% warscore.
Hit Enforce demands, BAM, the pope keeps the castle of Tusculum.
EDIT: I even get the message that I have usurped Tusculum, definitely not working as supposed to.
