Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
From what I can tell so far, the texts of the government in the law screen and the titles of major events are missing.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
I don't exactly know what the problem is. It's present from the game start. I've revalidated the files repeatedly, and its worked once or twice, but now its back and validating won't work.

I did have mods (WTWSMS) enabled at one point, but this continued after disabling them all.

I'd strongly suggest reinstalling the game and ensuring that the mods are off.

I just checked these and they seem to be fine, I would suggest reinstalling and then trying again as it may be related to mods you had installed.
