Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Orthodox Society of Saint Basil. There's an event chain that fires where you are presented with a relic artifact. First 3 options are 25% chance loss of ambitious, pay money for society opinion boost, and attempt to steal artifact. Following chain presents you with the option to steal artifact and run, or bribe abbot to safely collect relic.
The tooltip for the 3rd option pre-2.8.0 read "you begin planning to steal [artifact name]" before it is delivered into your treasury. Now there is no tooltip for the 3rd option at all, and taking the option to either run with the artifact or bribe the abbot for it does NOT produce an item for your treasury. It seems like the event chain is broken, in that no artifact is generated for you to interact with.
