Okay so, few questions :
  • What's your Operating System ?
  • Are you running Fullscreen, Windowed or Borderless ?
  • Are you dual-screening ? (ie. the game running on main screen and YouTube or whatever on a second monitor)
  • D'you have a bunch of programs running in the background ?
  • On average, how long does it take before it starts getting noticeable ? (and I mean "noticeable", so before it's unplayable)
  • If you could attach your save and DxDiag, that would be very helpful to troubleshoot
