Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
As Merchant republic, my problem occured when trying to seize a silk road trade post to Rajputana, a foreign feudal kingdom (not a vassal patrician or another MR).
I fully occupied the county quite quickly (Navasarika), taking care of not sieging the trade post.
- Despite occupying the county, I still got a ticking warscore against me because my "enemy still controls Navasarika".
- I guess this is because I did not occupy the trade post. If I do it, the trade post is destroyed and the war ends inclonclusively.
- I cannot outrun the ticking warscore since one assault gives me 5% max, and a battle max 15%
- the ticking warscore ticks quite quickly, and can go well over -100%
- I tried building a fort in Navasarika, but it did not work either
- I noticed that AI are able to occupy my trade posts (at least in their territory). I'm not sure if they can occupy my silk road trade posts.
I guess the real bug is that trade posts cannot be occupied by the player (and are destroyed when a siege is completed), but if this is done by design, then a modification of the wargoal for the seize trade post CB would be a simple fix (occupying the county, building a fort...).
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play as a merchant republic, declare war to a foreign realm with seize trade post CB for a silk road trade post (I don't know if there is a bug for a regular MR trade post).
Fully occupy the county, then complete the siege of the trade post for destroying it.
