Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When choosing to erect a runestone as Rurik of Holmgard one of the three options is to commemorate him for his wisdom or something. The point is, the tool-tip says this option is available because the character is a Genius. Which is not the case, since Rurik is only Quick

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start the Rurik bookmark, erect a runestone.
