Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Whenever a save is loaded my ruler is forced onto a never-ending pilgrimage, forcing a regency. Even attempting to use the event SoA.5091 does not return them from pilgrimage.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Unsure how this happened, it just starts every time I load a save game. I'll upload my latest save here.

This is the save file right before I am forced on pilgrimage. I literally hit "Play" and off I go.

Did you perhaps try to load a save created with a previous version of the game? They are not compatible with Holy Fury, you need to start new games from scratch unfortunately.

This is a brand new game started yesterday.
