Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have play in a Shattered World only county, started in sjaelland, formed scandinavia (got the from the ashes achievement) and than reformed the faith, and than i have go feudal, but the achievement not launched.
After i have try same but with venice high speed and just raise wall + crown and go feudal and the achievement launched.
I was wondering maybe the achievement is bugged if the faith is not already reformed.
