Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was recently playing an ironman game with no mods that was originally achievement viable but for some reasons stopped. (I don't really know or care why)

What concerns me is that my AI liege was able to reform the Germanic pagan religion with a moral authority of only 30%, 50% is supposed to make it possible.

Since this is ironman and the event already happened I cannot screenshot it, but am happy to upload the save itself.

Thanks for the report, this is indeed concerning... Sadly, there's not enough info from the save provided in the current situation, I'd need one just before reformation happened to know what's going on, so if by any chance you have that around for some reason, that'd be awesome.

In the save it seemed apparent your liege only held 3/5 Holy Sites, so I'm guessing he never held all five and then lost 2 of them, no ? Because if a character holds all 5 HS, they can reform regardless of MA, which doesn't seem to be the case here sadly :/
