Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Starting a new random world I discovered that my religion was based on the vanilla Sunni religion (complete with Iqta government, open agnatic succession etc).
I was looking to ask the Caliph for a boon but discovered that there was no Caliph and almost no way to make one - I required at least three widely dispersed holy sites or have the Sayyid or Mirza trait - a quick check revelaed that NO ONE on the planet had those traits.
Please somehow make Sayyid and Mirza random traits at game start for random world only.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Fire up any random world
Do search on all characters for traits Sayyid and Mirza
