Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I am currently playing a game as a norse pagan saxon (unreformed). Although for the first few years all worked out fine, at a few ingame years ago my troops stopped raiding, they would just stand on an enemy province and the movement arrows are always green, not red. I have no idea what triggered it, I even tagswitched to other pagans via console, and they can't raid either. For the early middle ages, the world is way too peaceful and the norsemen are way too poor now
