Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I just had a Crusade for Hungary against a Sunni Mongol Empire. The Mongols had just recently subjugated Hungary. The Kingdom of Hungary was still held by a Catholic ruler, but under a Sunni emperor.

The crusade won easily, but the Kingdom of Hungary was then handed to a French character—presumably the beneficiary of the biggest contributor. The original (still Catholic) Queen of Hungary lost all her lands inside de jure Hungary and was reduced to a countess with one province outside de jure Hungary, still under the Mongols.

This may not technically be a bug, but it seems to make little sense for a Crusade to take a kingdom away from a non-heretical Catholic ruler. In this case, it would be more sensible for Catholic Hungary to become independent again under the same ruler—or, if the biggest contributor were an emperor, for Hungary to become their vassal. I assume the new crusade system just doesn't take situations like this into account.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Have a Catholic king be vassal to a non-Christian emperor.

2. Have Crusade be called on that kingdom.

3. Win Crusade.
