Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If your ruler has ethnicity different from culture and/or if you change facial hair your ruler will be shown as if both ethnicity and culture are taken from the culture properties.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
- Use ruler designer, make a ethnically german ruler with culture being Persian.
- Start game in Perisan region.
- Shave (Customization pack) the beard; somehow none of the preset for facial hair lets me to have clean shaven chins without customization pack
- Save and exit
- Go to menu and choose continue
Expected result: portrait in continue frame should match portrait of actual character.
Actual result: some persian dude with matching clothing is used as portrait for Continue.
