Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Landed republic patricians stop being patricians if pulled into a rebellion via faction. They will immediately become feudal if played by a human or a generic republic if played by AI and are replaced with a new family in the republic itself. The main source of this issue is increase council power factions.
If there's no way to insure that they remain patricians while in rebellion, it would be preferable if AI patricians were completely bared from rebelling at all and human controlled ones couldn't join council power factions, rather than lose patrician status at random. Especially since this will cause rivals for the player who've gained any power for themselves to lose said power and revert to an unlanded family.

They will immediately become feudal if played by a human or a generic republic if played by AI and are replaced with a new family in the republic itself. The main source of this issue is increase council power factions.
If there's no way to insure that they remain patricians while in rebellion, it would be preferable if AI patricians were completely bared from rebelling at all and human controlled ones couldn't join council power factions, rather than lose patrician status at random.
