Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If you reform the Romuvan religion and try to convert Old Romuvas they resist to it, even though they are kind of the same religion. I think county conversion would also be slower because of this.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Reform the Romuva religion.
2. Try to convert an old Romuvan Vassal.
3. He resists because his religion is resistant to conversion (even if it is the 'same' religion)
