Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
a family member has cancer. Despite this, i gave him a title and a duchy. He already lives about 10 years with this cancer, never dies from it and never visits his court physician about that. Theres also no illness debuff (mild sickness, heavy sickness that kinda stuff). I gave him Concubines to produce an heir and very quickly he was successful with that, too, despite the fertility debuff
(pls ignore the Nepotism in this save game lol)
