Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Playing as Byzantine Empire, reconquered the pentarchy with all as my orthodox, direct vassals. Am at peace with religious moral authority >90%, yet decision to heal the schism is not even available.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Due to time required to reproduce, haven't been able to attempt.

Catholicism is wiped off the map so thoroughly that the Pope is now a heretic, thus preventing you from mending the schism.
