I am an Emperor, unfortunately also part of the Western Protectorate. The Pope wants me to reclaim his land. Would love to, I agree to declare war, I get the message war has been declared but it hasn't. And the Pope only asks this from me.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Ask for coronation. Have to pick the Pope want to wage his war, Nothing happens.
