If a character named "Theoderic" inherits the kingdom of West Francia/France or any of the Karling kingdoms, they will not get a precedence number based on past kings named "Théoderic"
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Have a Theoderic inherit France/West Francia/Middle Francia/Austrasia.
