Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
the event in which a biseger steals one of your artifacts is triggering when enimies of my liege capture one of his castles. this has happen to me twice within the life span of a single character, and stolen by the same rebelious vasske if my lord.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
#1 have a liege lord
#2 have your lord be at war
#3 have your lord lose a holding
#4 occasionaly this will result in you loseing one of your own artifacts

This happens because MNM.9900 has:

               any_courtier = {

                   }
                   character_event = { id = MNM.9901 } # Chance to lose an artifact.
               }

If you're on your liege's council, and either assigned to a job in the capital or not assigned to a job, then you'll be matched by this clause when your liege's capital is hit. Maybe rulers (or landed characters) should be excluded here.
