Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
playing as custom emir of damascus (1066) i have a claim to Egypt yet i cant use the faction option to push it. Tried to see if this affected other characters choose the age of vikings picked the youngest Abbasid brother to the caliph he has a claim yet cant you faction menu to push it.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
pick a muslim character go for age of vikings date pick on of the caliphs brothers as they are both emirs and try checking the faction options.
