Multiplayer Random World Mapt different if not owning DLC

Rajas of India,
Sons of Abraham,
The Old Gods,
The Republic,
Legacy of Rome,
Sword of Islam

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In the new Patch in the Multiplayer if the Host has the DLC and creates a Rondom World, all Players with the DLC have the same map as the Host but all withou the DLC have a completly different but still random map. There is However a workaround. When the host hosts with the game as a save, the correct map gets loaded.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Host a game with the DLC and create a random Wordl
Join the lobby without the DLC
