Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The faces are missing for many characters with Bedouin or Andalusian culture (but not all). I believe this might be because of the new clothing included in Holy Fury, but I do not have the Iberian portrait pack DLC.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Starting with the 1066 bookmark, many of the Muslim rulers in Iberia have this issue.

Greetings! I had the same problem as you, what I did to solve was turn off all portrait packs and turn them on one by one. The Early Eastern Clothing pack was the one causing all problems for me.

I don't have either of the clothing packs (early eastern/western that is), but I went ahead and tried cycling the portrait packs that I do have off and on. Unfortunately that didn't seem to do the trick for me.

I had that issue until you buy Iberian Portraits or you can buy all the portraits packs. The issue seems to be that Paradox forgot to make it that you do not need to have the Iberian Portraits pack in order for Andalusian ethnicity portraits to work properly etc.
