Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The color on the map seems to be sticking straight up in spikes, I think the screenshot will provide more information, If needed I could take more screenshots without mods enabled. I first noticed this bug while playing ATEFF, but still occurs with no mods enabled.

Looks more like a tech support issue to me, than a bug...
