Having a lover as your concubine triggers the pregnancy event sequence for if your concubine had a different man as your lover. The event should check to make sure that the man who has that women as his concubine is not the lover who got her pregnant.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
As a man, become the lover of a women in your court either through event or the seduction focus. Take her as your concubine afterwards. Event chain should start when she becomes pregnant.
