Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
after you reach 100 legend your character offered to start building a legend for a bloodline
at this journey he encounters some challangers
if you ever refuse to a challange by asking help (instead of choosing "great" progress if you choose usual progress) you will never encounter next challange and stuck on it forever.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1)Join warrior lodge
2)Reach 100 legend and go on journey
3)Encounter a challanger
4)Do not duel with him
5)you are stuck now
in save game of mine its after I stuck on journey. ignore wars I was just fast forwarding to see if it ever continue

I had the same problem, my character progressed to the point where he encountered someone at a rock at night, I choose not to duell him as he was already wounded, and after that the chain stopped and did not progress for years until his death, while he was technically not available anymore.
