I think this is a bug? I am trying to look at (and perhaps change) my Laws and there are three words that seem as though they should be tabs, but are not clickable. Thank you

This has applied since I was a vassal of Aragon (as the Duke of Barcelona) ... I'm now the King of Aragon (after a few back-and-forths) but I still can't open this UI element it seems

Fixed by a Steam cache verify, sorry!
