Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Catholic King-tier Viceroys are unable to be crowned and suffer the uncrowned malus. I consoled to my Viceroys and none of them where able to take the decision to be coronated

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Be a catholic emperor and grant a kingdom vice royalty to a catholic vassal. Wait for the uncrowned malus to show up.

It's an appointment. Their authority comes from the emperor and not from the church. So they shouldn't have coronations. But they shouldn't suffer from the malus either
