Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Karl and Karloman never get crowned, never form HRE. If I load as them or switch with the console they have the coronation decision active and I can use it get the coronation, but there is no HRE decision.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Play the game from the 769 start date with Charlemagne scenario events enabled.

It's because the script prevents the AI Karl/Karloman from taking that decision, in favor of them using the decision to be crowned as Holy Roman Emperor by story event. Except the latter event isn't working for some reason with this patch, so they'll never be crowned.
