Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was using gavelkind, and had only one son. He dies of the great pox before his wife gives birth to my grandson, who is of the daughter in law's dynasty instead! Now he will still be the next heir and it's game over because he isn't my dynasty, yet this ignores my daughters or their own children they eventually produced matrilinially!

I'm really, really confused here.

I see this is a big issue but the title is awfully confusing. May I suggest you change it to "Inheritance breaks if male heir dies before his child is born". Just out of curiosity. After your heir died who was the next one? Or did it you give you the red frame for a coming game over?

There was no heir in my dynasty. The heir to all my titles was of my daughter-in-law's dynasty. I don't know if any cuckoldry happened, but it shouldn't matter because there are other family members who should get the titles.

Yes, I've seen this happen too. Posthumous children used to be of the father's dynasty but are now of the mother's. It should be fixed.

Just lost a game because I gave my cousin a title for rp reason even though he wasn't a dynasty member due to this bugged, very annoyed
