Imperial elective bugs

No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I’m playing as the Byzantine emperor starting at Charlemagne. I keep losing voting power for firing commanders even though I haven’t fired any. It seems to happen whenever a commander is fired after starting a war or becoming a sub-vassal. I’m also getting a -15 opinion malus with my vassels for each duchy title that I hold beyond one although I can hold two before I get the too many duchies malus. This seems to be from feudal elective, but it would be a bug for imperial elective because elector titles are councilors and commanders.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Have imperial elective succession. For elector titles opinion malus, hold more than one duchy.

Very similar issue, also with Charlemagne start date. I'm getting penalties to voting power when commanders seclude themselves from outbreaks, leaving the offices empty.

Update: I restored the Roman Empire and somehow ended up with a -30 opinion malus for elector titles. I held 2 duchy and 8 kingdom titles. Destroying both duchies brought it down to -15. Destroying one kingdom in which I directly controlled every de jure county too care of the rest. Only vassals under a de jure kingdom with imperial elective succession or no under no de jure kingdom have the opinion malus.
