Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Reformed Germanic religion with Hierocratic, gave the new fylkir the county of zeeland and it's holy site. Later gave a different vassal the duchy of Holland, (as I couldn't give it to the fylkir due to not being able to give theocracies more than one duchy.) THe duke of holland declared war on the fylkir making him his vassal. Destroying the fylkir title in the process.
This happened in random world with historic religions and historic religion traits.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Create Hierocratic religion head.
Give land that's dejure to another duke.
Have duke fight dejure war.
When the duke wins the war the religion head title is destroyed.
Cry.
