Great Conquest CB should not be shown in list of CB if I have size more than target

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
This is not a bug in common sense, more suggestion of changing annoyingthing.
New CBs is fine but when you are large enough Great Conquest CB become completely unusable because requires to have army smaller than 95% than target.
I suggest to stop showing this CB that I'm much larger than target.
List of CBs when you as big empire look to attack another big empire is long enough to show CBs you cant use anymore.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Be largest realm in the world.
2. Prepare to attack second largest realm.
3. See list of CBs.
Great Conquests will be in this list but you can't use them because they require has army size no more than 95% of target.
