Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
This happened in my previous game without the Monks and Dragon DLC and it just happened in my current game with those DLC. In the first game I could reproduce the issue all the time with the same save but I could not in my current game (don't have the first game's save anymore though). I click on my Court Physician and press revoke Court Physician and the game crashes to desktop. I don't have a save where it reproduces at this time.
