Game Crashes to Desktop without warning/error

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I believe the issue is with the Pope trying to resolve a won Crusade and distribute the rewards.
The game plays until April 10-20 then closes to Desktop.
My only action is to move a fleet with a garrison of troops from my ship around Italy to Jerusalem to meet up with an attacking force.
There were no issues with Crusades before the Holy Fury update.
I tried contacting Support and they referred me to here.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Launch the Game.
2. Load the File.
3. Play the game.
3a. Move Fleet/Garrison to Jerusalem Coast.
4. Game crashes around April 10-20
