Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was playing as a ruler designer made norse Pagan in the Viking Age start. I found a smith using the "search for smith" decision. he could only make armor for some reason. Same with the Cheat the options for other things aren't there. I then tried the "excellent sword is finished" event code in the cheat menu. The event fired but I received no sword.
Same with the crown jewels. unique artifacts still spawn regularly, including the new fylkir crown (Nice work by the way). But generic ones won't spawn at all. Not sure what's going on here but its not great.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Attempt to use cheats to trigger the event code for an artifact event.

Second save file same issue. This is constant in all my games, VERY IRRITATING please help.

I have uninstalled and Re-installed the game and this still occurs. No options on the event save for armor (and only the 50 gold cost armor) and when I use cheats to trigger the event it still says the treasury is empty afterwards and I don;t get anything.

I just tried using the "Search for Smith" with jewelry (moderate level) and received the full set of 3 items. Playing a Frankish King.

Every time it has occurred I was playing as a Norse pagan king, Tried as Rurik last night to see if a historical character could and the weapons one is Still VERY bugged out.
