CK II - Extra holding slot event doesn't give extra holding slot 2.8.2 WVUU

Thanks for the report and sorry for the trouble ; this is a known issue actually, the problem lying not with the event but with the province not having enough holdings defined in the script (meaning that if they have 5 holdings defined, you'll never have more than 5 holdings in the province, no matter what happens, because they simply don't exist in script).

A fix hasn't made it for the patch, but we're aware of it and we'll get it fixed !

In the meantime, here's a list of the other provinces we're aware of having less than 7 holdings, with the maximum number of holdings they currently have in brackets, so you don't get tricked again :
