I gave county of Catalavra to character and when I created Knights of Catalavra holy order, ex-count of Catalavra arrived at the nonexistent court.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Grant county of Catalavra to character.
2. Create Knights of Catalavra holy order.

Did the character move to a real court 1 day later? If so, this is normal behaviour.

(Your screenshot is taken on the same day that the character lost his title. Often, characters who lose all of their titles find themselves temporarily without a landed liege - but they will find a new one very quickly (usually 1 day later).)
